In the six months since the opening of the new bridge over the Ob River, 4.5 million vehicles have crossed it. According to the Novosibirsk Regional Center for Traffic Management (TsODD), the average daily traffic volume is approximately 38,000 vehicles.
In December 2025, the main bridge crossing with approaches from both banks, the entire right-bank interchange, and 12 exit ramps of the left-bank interchange opened to drivers. The project is being implemented by VIS Group under a concession agreement with the Government of the Novosibirsk Region. The opening of the bridge created an additional route between the banks and relieved congestion on the existing bridges.
Construction of the left bank interchange infrastructure is currently ongoing. It is the largest in Russia in terms of the number of exits, with over 25 in total. Work is underway on exit C3 and the tunnel in alignment with Stanislavsky Street. Reinforcement cages for the tunnel portals, as well as formwork, are being installed, concrete is being poured in stages, and sections of the ramp are being reinforced and concreted.
The Fourth Bridge across the Ob River is one of the largest infrastructure projects in Siberia. It connects Yuzhnaya Square with Truda Square and provides access to the Irtysh, Chuisky Trakt, and Siberia federal highways. The total length of the main road is 5.6 km, and the entire transport infrastructure is 14.8 km, 11 of which are already open.
