Doctors from PPP clinics in Novosibirsk and Yakutsk complete a special course organized by VIS Group

04.05.2026. Doctors from PPP clinics in Novosibirsk and Yakutsk complete a special course organized by VIS Group

Eight doctors from PPP clinics built by VIS Group completed the advanced training program “Modern Issues in Ultrasound Diagnostics” at the Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University. The training was conducted under the supervision of faculty from specialized departments at the university's clinical sites.

All expenses for training, flights, and accommodation in Moscow were covered by VIS Group, which initiated this advanced doctor training program. The course program was developed specifically for this group and, according to specialists, was very useful.

Natalia Anishchik, head of the ultrasound diagnostics department at consultative and diagnostic polyclinic #27 in Novosibirsk, noted: “The course was dense and informative, and the individualized approach to each student's needs allowed us to get answers to all our questions. The entire trip was organized flawlessly: flights, accommodations, and the program itself were thought out down to the last detail.”

Olga Saburova, ultrasound specialist at city clinical polyclinic #2 in Novosibirsk, emphasized: “The training was intensive and very useful. We expanded our theoretical knowledge and acquired practical skills in urology, internal medicine, cardiology, and pediatrics. This significantly increased our confidence in our professionalism.”

Maria Solovyova, an ultrasound diagnostician at the outpatient clinic of Yakutsk City Hospital #2, added: “The training was truly very interesting. I am confident that the knowledge gained will allow us to improve the quality of services we provide in our daily practice.”

The new outpatient clinics in Novosibirsk and Yakutsk were built by VIS Group under public-private partnership agreements. The existing medical centers serve over 200,000 people. All of them are outfitted with expert-grade medical equipment, including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), and ultrasound systems. This allows for high-tech examinations and early detection of diseases within walking distance. The holding company is responsible for attracting extra-budgetary funding, design, construction, and technical operation of the facilities.

“Our initiative to offer internships at leading federal medical universities for doctors from PPP outpatient clinics is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the equipment we outfit the medical facilities with. Of course, this isn't our core business, but we want the facilities we create to operate at maximum efficiency,” noted Sergey Kozlovsky, Head of Corporate Communications at VIS Group.

The holding's portfolio of completed projects includes the largest perinatal center east of the Urals in Surgut, a regional center for infectious disease prevention, and two rehabilitation centers in Yamal, as well as five outpatient clinics in several cities. Their combined capacity is 8,245 visits per shift. Four more public-private partnership (PPP) outpatient clinics, two of which will be commissioned this year, are currently under construction in Novosibirsk.
