The Expert RA rating agency confirmed VIS Group's credit rating at ruA+. Analysts noted the high level of corporate governance, strategic development, and adequate risk management regulation. The rating outlook is stable.
The agency positively evaluates VIS Group's accumulated experience in infrastructure construction, as well as the diversification of its projects in terms of both segments (in addition to transportation projects, the Group implements projects in the education, culture, and medicine sectors) and business geography.
“The use of public-private partnership mechanisms helps reduce the risks of parties to such transactions and mitigate the impact of macroeconomic shocks on the industry and its participants. The agency positively evaluates the consistent development of the infrastructure project market in various public-private partnership formats, which generally improves their financial predictability, stabilizes the legal framework and legislative environment within which they are implemented, and develops financing instruments,” Expert RA noted in its official press release.
The holding company's construction capacity is also well-served by its contract base. The total backlog, including the revenues throughout the projects’ life cycle, exceeds 660 billion rubles.
The Group has been assessed by the agency's analysts since 2021. In July 2026, the National Credit Ratings (NCR) agency also confirmed its high rating of AA-.ru.
