In the capital of Yamal, VIS Group is constructing nine buildings for the Obdorsky residential complex under a state contract with the regional government. The 1,210 apartments are intended for the relocation of residents from dilapidated housing. In one of the first-phase buildings, rough interior finishing is 95% complete, and builders have begun final finishing work.
The overall construction progress for the four first-phase buildings exceeds 50%. Specialists have begun laying floor and wall tiles in the future apartments and are installing entrance doors. Roofing, elevator, and external utility network installation work is nearing completion. Simultaneously, a ventilated facade with thermal insulation is being installed.
In total, the first phase will deliver 583 apartments with a combined area of 27,700 m². Two buildings are scheduled for completion this year, with the remaining two set for next year. Five additional buildings are under construction as part of the second phase; their overall construction progress is estimated at 27%. This phase includes plans for 627 apartments with an area exceeding 28,300 m². Construction is scheduled for completion in 2028.
