Heavy medical equipment is being installed at PPP polyclinic #13 in Novosibirsk

21.08.2026. Heavy medical equipment is being installed at PPP polyclinic #13 in Novosibirsk

The new polyclinic #13 on Aleksandra Chistyakova Street is nearly complete. Radiology equipment is being installed, and high-tech medical equipment, including CT and MRI systems and an X-ray machine, is being assembled and installed under the supervision of VIS Group specialists.

The building, which is being constructed using a public-private partnership (PPP), will house over 560 units of medical equipment. In addition to CT and MRI scanners, patients will gain access to mammography, fluorography, ultrasound machines, and much more. The total number of technological equipment will be approximately 7,000 units. This means that a single medical center will offer a full range of high-tech diagnostics, something previously unavailable at a city polyclinic.

The polyclinic's construction readiness is approaching 100%. The building's main construction and installation work has been completed, including the installation of utility systems and finishing work, and the placement of furniture and medical equipment. Meanwhile, cleaning services are preparing spaces on floors 1-4 for occupancy. The surrounding area is in the final stages of improvement: lawns, sidewalks, and recreation areas have been installed, and road markings have been applied.

This week, specialists from the State Construction Supervision Inspectorate of the Novosibirsk Region assessed the progress of the work on the site. “We see that VIS Group is striving to complete the project as quickly as possible, as all residents of the Yuzhno-Chemsky Microdistrict are eagerly awaiting its opening. A colossal amount of work has been completed. Large-scale medical equipment is being assembled and installed in the radiation diagnostics department. Landscaping and cleaning of the premises after the final finishing work are nearing completion,” commented Evgeny Spirin, head of the inspection. The four-story building, with an area of over 12,000 m², is designed to accommodate 967 visits per shift and will serve approximately 60,000 residents of the Kirovsky District of the Siberian capital. The facility will include adult and pediatric departments, a women's clinic, and a trauma center.

City polyclinic #13 will be the fourth facility built as part of VIS Group's public-private partnership project to create modern medical infrastructure in the Siberian capital. Under an agreement with the Novosibirsk Region Government, the private partner is responsible for construction, turnkey equipment, and subsequent technical operation of all facilities. This undertaking is a part of the national project “Long and Active Life” and, thanks to the PPP format, is being implemented with the involvement of extra-budgetary funds.
