Finishing work is well underway at the fifth polyclinic under the public-private partnership project between VIS Group and the Government of the Novosibirsk Region. The project envisions the creation of seven medical complexes, three of which are already welcoming patients. Polyclinic No. 22 is located in the Kirovsky District of Novosibirsk and will serve 60,000 residents of nearby residential areas.
Finishing work on the site is currently 80% complete. Final surface finishing is underway in the building, including laying ceramic tiles on the floors and walls, installing drywall, doors, and window sills, and preparing the premises for medical equipment. Installation of internal engineering systems, including electrical and low-voltage systems, is also ongoing. Work is being organized in stages, with regard to the functional zoning of the future polyclinic. All medical equipment has been delivered to the site and will be installed after finishing work is complete.
Polyclinic #22 will become part of Novosibirsk's primary healthcare system and will provide residents with modern medical care. The building, with a floor area of almost 13,000 m², is designed to accommodate 907 visits per shift. The PPP project aims to improve the accessibility and quality of medical services. All new clinics are being built in the city’s rapidly developing residential areas. The combined capacity of the seven clinics is over 400,000 people per shift, which is equivalent to a quarter of the population of the capital of Siberia.
