Polyclinic #7 in Novosibirsk opened in July 2025. It was the first of seven clinics being built in the Siberian capital by VIS Group under a public-private partnership agreement. Since its opening, the medical facility has received approximately 35,000 visits, with 140 specialists providing qualified care.
Before the opening of the new building, patients were seen at four different locations, therefore, the departments were phased in. The building on Proletarskaya Street is equipped with the latest diagnostic equipment, including 26 heavy equipment units —computerized tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), mammography, X-ray, and fluorography systems, as well as expert-class ultrasound machines. During its first year of operation, the clinic's specialists performed 864 MRI scans, 821 CT scans, and over 1,350 ultrasound examinations.
Under an agreement with the Novosibirsk Region government, VIS Group is responsible for the technical operation of the clinic. This includes servicing the building's utility systems, cleaning, grounds maintenance, and solid waste removal.
The facility is operated by 22 employees. Comprehensive operational support ensures the smooth operation of all systems and ensures the necessary conditions for medical care. This allows medical staff to focus solely on treating patients.
To date, three public-private partnership clinics, which serve over 150,000 Novosibirsk residents, are already seeing patients. Clinics #13 and #22 in the Kirovsky District will be opened in 2026. Once they open, an additional 120,000 people will have access to high-tech healthcare. Under the agreement, VIS Group will operate all medical facilities until the end of 2029.
