The year 2025 marked a milestone in the history of VIS Group. The Russian infrastructure holding celebrated its 25th anniversary, reaffirming its position as one of the key players in the country’s infrastructure market. Its leadership in the public-private partnership (PPP) sector was also confirmed by market share, the holding ranks among the top three largest players nationwide. Over the past year, seven infrastructure facilities were commissioned and put into operation.
In Novosibirsk, three modern outpatient clinics built under PPP arrangements were opened. More than 150,000 residents of the Siberian metropolis gained access to high-tech diagnostics and advanced medical equipment. Patient admissions also began at the SMART-clinic in Yakutsk, which became the largest polyclinic center in a city located on permafrost. Approximately 50,000 residents can now access medical services that were previously available only at major regional and federal medical centers.
Highways built and operated by VIS Group have become even more popular with drivers. More than 20 million trips were made over the Mytishchi High-Speed Chord during the year. Traffic on the “Khabarovsk Bypass” increased by an average of 40%, and over the entire period of operation, 9 million trips have been recorded – almost 15 times the population of the regional capital.
In December, traffic was opened on the bridge crossing over The Ob River in Novosibirsk. Along with the bridge, motorists gained access to new interchanges, overpasses, and a 90-meter tunnel beneath the Trans-Siberian Railway. The new road, more than 5 km long, has a design capacity of up to 70,000 vehicles per day.
In Khabarovsk Krai, on Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island near the border with the People’s Republic of China, the holding installed a 30-meter flagpole bearing the national flag of the Russian Federation. The project was timed to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the Year of the Defender of the Fatherland.
In the Solnechnogorsk District of the Moscow Region, new wastewater treatment facilities were commissioned. The modernized complex, covering nearly 19,000 square meters, is designed to serve approximately 70,000 people. Construction was carried out as part of the national project “Environmental Well-Being” and the federal project “Revitalization of The Volga River.”
VIS Group’s project portfolio was expanded with the “Rechnoy” Cultural and Exhibition Center in Tver and a large-capacity school in Khabarovsk designed for 2,100 students. A number of new investment projects in several regions of the country are currently under development.
An agreement between VIS Group and The Crystal Fund provides for investments of up to RUB 1 trillion in projects aimed at developing Russia’s Arctic zone. Readiness to implement these projects was announced at the final meeting of the Maritime Board of Russia, chaired by Presidential Aide Nikolai Patrushev.
The holding’s flagship project, Lensky Bridge, entered an active investment phase. Over the year, builders erected the first bridge pier and completed full preparations to install the first cofferdam in the riverbed for the construction of the cable-stayed bridge pylon. Approximately 330,000 cubic meters of soil were placed to form the foundation of the right-bank road approach to the bridge.
Today, the holding continues to implement projects in eight regions of Russia. Its investment portfolio exceeds RUB 800 billion.
