VIS Group is consistently implementing digital solutions, making the existing transport infrastructure user-friendly. Since December 2025, Transtoll Holding toll road operator has connected to the state-owned GIS GMP system.
As a result, starting December 31, 2025, information about tolls on the Mytishchi Expressway will be displayed on the Gosuslugi portal, and the option of payments through banking apps and other familiar services will be added. Toll payments will also remain available through your personal account at vis-transtoll.ru/vbt and via the Telegram bot at t.me/Vistranstoll_bot.
All charges are calculated automatically and recorded in the state system thanks to the implemented free flow system. There are no barriers along the entire length of the highway, and traffic is monitored by an automated traffic management system. Cameras read vehicle license plates, determine the sections traveled, and transmit the information to the system for fare calculation.
The Mytishchi Chord is a 16.1-kilometer-long highway built northeast of the Moscow Ring Road and serving as a backup to one of its sections. The route connects five highways and several towns in the Moscow region, significantly improving transport accessibility for nearly a million residents. The trip to and from Moscow now takes less time, and travel time from towns in the Yaroslavl direction to Sheremetyevo International Airport has also been reduced.
