A board meeting of the Republic's Ministry of Construction was held in Yakutsk. Following the 2025 construction industry performance review, the awards ceremony for the annual “Builder of the Year” award took place.
VIS Group received an award in the “Social Facility of the Year” category. The outpatient clinic of Yakutsk City Hospital No. 2, designed for up to 600 visits per shift, received high praise. The facility was built under public-private partnership principles. The certificate was presented to Alexander Rakhmatullin, a representative of VIS Group's territorial administration, by Viktor Romanov, Minister of Construction of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
The clinic opened to the public in November of this year in the Novoportovsky Quarter of Yakutsk. It was completed several months ahead of schedule and is the largest in the republic. Under an agreement with the Government of Yakutia, VIS Group designed and constructed the building, and outfitted it with modern diagnostic equipment, including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) scanners, digital ultrasound systems, X-ray, endoscopic, mammographic, and fluorographic machines. The project was implemented with extra-budgetary funding.
Some of the VIS Group's main construction sites are located in Yakutia. Construction continues on the Arctic Center for Epic Literature and the Arts, as well as the Lena Bridge, a major infrastructure project. The clinic is the thirteenth facility built by the holding company in the republic.
