Structure
The managing holding company is VIS Group (JSC).
- VIS Group (JSC) manages the operating activities of the holding company, represents the single financial center of the subsidiaries and acts on behalf of the Group as a legal entity.
- The Company was incorporated on December 14, 2016.
- The supreme management body of the Company is the General Meeting of Shareholders. The sole management body is the General Director, who is elected at the General Meeting of Shareholders.
