VIS Group successfully completed construction works in terms of the project despite severe climate conditions of the Extreme North.

The building consists of five-story atrium and two-storey block connected by a passage. The complex includes the company office, underground parking, medical center with dental cabinet and cultural and recreational area. The total construction area is about 16,000 sq. meters.

Electronic room control system (“smart home”) allows centralized monitoring of the building's life support systems (heating, air conditioning, security).

The Group has executed a full range of construction works in accordance with the schedule, despite the fact all the works were carried out in the difficult climatic conditions of the Far North.
