In July 2021, the parent company of VIS Group’s construction division was recognized as the winner of an open tender for the development of a residential complex in Salekhard, the capital of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
VIS Production Company carries out surveys, design and construction of 9 houses in the Obdorsky residential complex.
Under the terms of the coract, the winner must build two stages of a residential complex, internal engineering networks and modular boiler houses. Several 6-to-8-floor buildings are slated for construction.
1,210 apartments are intended for participants in the program for resettlement from dilapidated housing.
The new residential complex is part of a large project for the integrated development of the Obdorsky residential complex. It is located on the right bank of the Preobrazhenka River and is bound by Bogdan Knunyants and Obyezdnaya Streets, and Molodyozhy Avenue.
The 250,000 m2 territory is home to 2 schools, 2 kindergartens, a shopping and entertainment center and 5,600 apartments.
