Sports Palace includes a multi-purpose hall team sports and swimming pool with a cup of ski jumping. The total area of the sports complex is over 15,000 square meters.

According to the designers building is three storeys of different spatial volume. Allocated volumes premises gym, pool hall, the viewing area, administrative and service and support facilities.

The complex includes a universal gym for volleyball, basketball, mini-football, as well as two swimming pools area of 1692.2 and 175.6 square meters.

The large sports pool has 8 lanes. The water volume is 2610 m³. There are heated bypass lanes with non-slip coating around the bathtub. There are seats for 162 spectators. Equipped with an automatic water treatment system.

The water treatment plants for the large sports pool and the small swimming pool operate separately. The water is taken from the common municipal network. The purified water is brought to the condition required for swimming pools by means of the equipment. The water composition is purified by the method of reagent-free pool disinfection, which allows to achieve high water purification and is brought to the normal pH value.

The sports complex meets all the requirements for holding competitions at the All-Russian level, including the lighting of sports areas.

The sports complex is equipped with the Austrian system of timekeeping with false start system, video system of competitions and diode screens of 6x4 meters on which the scoreboard of sports is displayed both in live broadcasting and in video mode.
