Construction work continues in Salekhard’s Obdorsky microdistrict on the residential complex with the same name. Two buildings comprising 255 apartments with a total area exceeding 21,000 m² are scheduled to be commissioned before the end of the year.
Interior finishing work, including wall tiling, wallpapering, and door installation, is currently underway in both buildings. Concurrently, specialists are installing internal utility systems and elevator equipment. The installation of the ventilated facade and site landscaping have entered their final stages; playgrounds are being set up in the courtyard, and the outdoor lighting system is being installed.
In total, VIS Group will build nine residential buildings comprising 1,210 apartments under a state contract with the Government of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. In two more buildings, the enclosing structures made of aerated concrete blocks have been fully erected, and window installation is 91% and 70% complete; in one of the buildings, the construction of internal walls and partitions is fully finished. The reinforced concrete frames of three more buildings have been completed, and the laying of external and internal walls is underway.
