Last November, one of the regional capital's largest medical complexes – the SMART outpatient clinic of City Hospital No. 2 – opened in Yakutsk. It was built by VIS Group under a public-private partnership agreement with the Government of Yakutia. Since operations began, the facility has recorded 264,227 patient visits.
Patients note that the new facility has made medical care more accessible and technologically advanced. “Everything you need is in one building; there is no need to move from block to block. The premises are bright and spacious, with modern medical equipment. It is a pleasure to see doctors in an environment where comfortable conditions for examination and treatment have been created,” said Alyona Krivoshapkina, a visitor to the medical center.
The six-story clinic is located in the Gagarinsky District and is designed to handle 600 visits per shift. Spanning over 8,800 m2, the medical center houses diagnostic and therapeutic departments, a clinical diagnostic laboratory, as well as radiology, rehabilitative care, emergency, and day-patient treatment units under one roof. The clinic is equipped with modern MRI and CT scanners, digital ultrasound diagnostic systems, expert-class X-ray, endoscopic, mammography, and fluorography equipment.
Acting as both investor and private partner in this public-private partnership (PPP) project, VIS Group designed, built, and fully outfitted the new outpatient clinic with all required medical equipment, furniture, and supplies. The holding company currently manages the technical operation of all engineering systems and equipment.
