11.09.2026. Modern wastewater treatment complex in Kashira prepares for final inspection by the Main Directorate of State Construction Supervision

The wastewater treatment complex, built by VIS Group in the village of Ternovo-1 (Kashira Urban District), is preparing for a final inspection by the Main Directorate of State Construction Supervision of the Moscow Region. Following the inspection, the facility is slated to receive a Statement of Compliance (ZOS), confirming that it conforms to the design documentation. Receipt of this document is expected in September 2026.

The new complex, boasting a capacity of 20,000 m³ per day and covering an area of 73,000 m², is designed to serve 52,000 residents of Kashira, the Ozherelye microdistrict, and the settlements of Novoselki and Zendikovo. It replaces outdated infrastructure that had been in operation since 1952. The facility utilizes certified full-cycle wastewater treatment technologies, which will significantly reduce residual pollutant concentrations and improve the quality of life for the district's population.

Obtaining the Statement of Compliance will confirm that the facility adheres to all design specifications and safety requirements. Subsequent commissioning will require the performance of start-up and adjustment operations on the wastewater networks and the client's receipt of an environmental clearance. The permit to put the facility into operation is expected by the end of 2026.

The Kashira project is one of three water treatment system modernization projects undertaken by VIS Group in the Moscow Region. The work is being carried out by VIS Production Company, the construction division's parent company.
